Brazilian Butt Lift

The Brazilian Butt Lift procedure has gained in popularity over the last several years. The surgery as originally described several years ago involved extensive incisions and scars as well as the use of buttock implants. We have modified and improved the procedure by eliminating implants and instead relying upon the patient's own fat as a filler to give enhanced volume to the buttocks. In addition, we have eliminated all of the extensive incisions and scars and now can perform the procedure with very small incisions that are virtually invisible when healed.

The Brazilian Butt Lift procedure that I perform starts with liposuction to obtain fat for the fat transfer to the buttocks. Any area of the body can be used to serve as a donor site for the fat. I also specifically focus on the abdomen, waist, and hips to strategically reduce these areas. This results in a reduced waist and hips which gives the appearance of increased volume and improved shape in the buttocks.

Once the liposuction is completed, the next step is to transfer the fat to very specific locations with the goals of not only increasing overall volume but improving the shape and contour of the buttocks. This will give the buttocks a youthful and uplifted appearance. Even patients who do not want any increased volume in the buttocks benefit from the procedure because the shape, contour, and appearance of the buttocks is greatly improved.

Patient satisfaction after the Brazilian Butt Lift procedure is very high and the procedure is great for patients who want to increase the size of their buttocks as well as for patients who simply want to improve the overall contour and appearance of their buttocks without increasing their size. The procedure is rapidly becoming one of the most requested surgical procedures in my practice.

Breast Lift

Breast lift, or mastopexy, is one of the most popular procedures that I perform. The procedure lifts and reshapes the breasts to give them a more lifted, natural, and youthful appearance. The procedure is oftentimes combined with a breast augmentation to not only lift the breasts but also to enhance them or restore volume that they may have lost over time.

Throughout a woman's lifetime, her breasts can change. Some of these changes can include decreased volume, loss of firmness and shape, stretching out of the areolas, and sagging of the nipple. These changes can occur for many reasons including pregnancies, weight gain or weight loss, or simply as a result of aging. A breast lift procedure can correct all of these issues and restore a more youthful, uplifted, and natural appearance to the breasts.

The scars from the breast lift procedure can be quite small and heal very well. The recovery from the procedure is very quick and patients are often back to their normal activities within a very short time. Patients in our practice find the breast lift procedure to be extremely rewarding because it not only lifts the breasts, but it also reshapes the breasts, restores symmetry to the breasts and the areolas, and gives the breasts a more youthful and natural appearance. Any volume lost over time can be restored when the breast lift procedure is combined with an augmentation (eg, breast implant). With all of the benefits from this one procedure, it is no wonder that breast lift surgery is one of the most popular procedures in our practice.
